Delivery & Returns

Deliveries usually take between 7 - 10 days. If you need the order sooner please contact us and we will always try to for fill your wishes.

(Damage and lost in transit )

Unfortunately, things do get lost or damages in transit occasionally. If this happens with your shipment please advise us and we will supply replacement goods as a soon as we are able. If the goods arrive in a damaged condition please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as ‘ Damaged package/ goods not yet inspected ‘ or warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Whatever the circumstances, please contact us be email with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, as soon possible after delivery, so that we can arrange for replacement goods to be sent and commence the process of following up with the carriers. Please do NOT return damaged goods unless and until requested to do so by us as this may involve additional unnecessary costs.

( Returns and Refunds )

We endeavour to provide carefully wrapped products and we hope you love your new purchase. However, in the event that the product does not arrive in its intended condition, we are pleased to provide a no–quibble returns policy on all non-personalised products. If the reason is that you simply have changed your mind about the product you have purchased, we would ask that you return the goods to us within TWO WEEKS, with a note stating the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. In the event of this, please retain a certificate of posting. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on that item.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the value of the product). Non-refundable items are those products that have been personalised. If you have changed your mind you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the spelling of the‘names/name’ request are incorrect but match the spelling on the order, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. However, if the spelling does match the name/ names on the invoice, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement will be sent out to you. Please email us within 24hrs of receiving the product to inform us of the error.
